Zencargo Platform is a collaborative tool. Streamlining communication between all parties via Platform with PO and shipment messages stored centrally leads to improved communication flows, and prevents delays.

Step by Step Instructions:

How to send a chat message about my Purchase order?

  • Step 1 - Click on 'Orders' on the left side bar OR

  • Step 1A - Use Search function to type PO number

  • Step 2 - Click on Purchase order

  • Step 3 - Activity feed will appear on the screen

  • Step 4 - Type your message in the box

  • Step 5 - Click 'Share with...'

  • Step 6 - Use toggles to select who will see your message

  • Step 7 - Click Send button


How to send a chat message about my Shipment ?

  • Step 1 - Click on 'Shipments' on the left side bar OR

  • Step 1A - Use Search function

  • Step 2 - Navigate or Search for required shipment and click on it

  • Step 3 - Navigate to 'Activity feed' tab

  • Step 4 - Type your message in the box

  • Step 5 - Click 'Share with...'

  • Step 6 - Use toggles to select who will see your message

  • Step 7 - Click Send button
