Step by Step Instructions:
How to send a chat message about my Purchase order?
Step 1 - Click on 'Orders' on the left side bar OR
Step 1A - Use Search function to type PO number
Step 2 - Click on Purchase order
Step 3 - Activity feed will appear on the screen
Step 4 - Type your message in the box
Step 5 - Click 'Share with...'
Step 6 - Use toggles to select who will see your message
Step 7 - Click Send button
How to send a chat message about my Shipment ?
Step 1 - Click on 'Shipments' on the left side bar OR
Step 1A - Use Search function
Step 2 - Navigate or Search for required shipment and click on it
Step 3 - Navigate to 'Activity feed' tab
Step 4 - Type your message in the box
Step 5 - Click 'Share with...'
Step 6 - Use toggles to select who will see your message
Step 7 - Click Send button
