The shipment activity feed centralises all information related to each individual shipment so they are easy to track and manage. All onboarded supply chain stakeholders will have access to the shipment activity feed to help you coordinate the logistics.
Step by Step Instructions:
How to Find it?
1 - Click on 'Shipments' on the left side bar OR
1A - Use Search function
2 - Search for and click shipment you need
3 - Navigate to 'Activity feed' tab
What is it used for?
4 - To record Shipment history including all key milestones
5 - To highlight any Issues related to this Shipment
6 - To exchange messages about this Shipment
7 - List of subscribers who receive notifications about this PO
How to send a message?
8 - Type your message in the box
9 - Click 'Share with...'
10-Use toggles to select who will see your message
How to add a subscriber?
11 - Click on 'Subscriber'
12 - Click on 'Add subscriber'
13 - Click on '+' for person you wish to subscribe
14 - Click 'subscribe'
15 - Click 'Done'
