The Purchase order activity feed is an important feature in pre shipment visibility. It provides historical record of all key milestones, issues and actions on this PO and allows users to interact with each other by sending messages on a PO level.
Step by Step Instructions:
How to Find it?
1 - Click on 'Orders' on the left side bar (OR)
1A - Use Search function to type PO number
2 - Click on Purchase order
3 - Activity feed will appear on the screen
What is it used for?
4 - To record PO history including all key milestones
5 - To highlight any Issues and risks related to this PO
6 - To exchange messages about this PO
7 - List of subscribers who receive notifications about this PO
How to use chat function?
8 - Type your message in the box
9 - Click 'Share with...'
10-Use toggles to select who will see your message
How to add a subscriber?
11 - Click on 'Subscriber'
12 - Click on 'Add subscriber'
13 - Scroll down/Search for relevant contact
14 - Click 'Done'
